Use these PowerPoint templates to create presentations with graphics and colors that represent the UIS brand.
These templates have built-in color schemes, slide transitions and bullet point animations. Objects that you add to a slide (such as Drawings, AutoShapes, Diagrams, etc.) automatically follow the UIS color scheme.
Once the templates are installed on your computer, they can be applied to new or existing presentations the same way you would normally apply a design template in PowerPoint.

On a PC, PowerPoint (Office versions 2003 and previous)*:
Go to Start menu, My Computer;
Open Local Disk C;
Open Program Files;
Open Microsoft Office;
Open Templates;
Open Presentation Designs;
Drag or paste the template file(s) that you downloaded into the Presentation Designs folder;
Open PowerPoint;
Create a new PowerPoint presentation. Depending on your version and preferences, you may be able to select the UIS template at the time you create the new presentation.
If you wish to select the UIS template later, choose Fomat/Slide Design from the menu at the top of the page. A sidebar will appear and show thumbnails of the available templates. If you do not see the UIS template in the list, click on Browse at the bottom of the sidebar and choose the UIS template in the dialog box that appears.
For each slide, you can choose a particular layout as you normally would by choosing Format/Slide Layout in the menu at the top of the screen. A sidebar will appear and you can select your layout.
On a PC, PowerPoint (Office 2007)*:
* On a Mac, follow the instructions above, except paste the template files in the Applications folder, in Microsoft Office, in Templates/My Templates.
NOTE: You must be an Administrator on the computer you are using in order to install the template files.
