Registration deadlines:

• Early registration: The deadline for early abstracts and online registration is Friday, December 14, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. All posters submitted by this deadline will be paid for by StARS.
• General registration deadline: General registration will continue until Friday, February 15, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. Abstracts will be accepted as space allows.

Registration procedures:

• You need to complete and submit the online registration form.
• You need to send a recent jpg photo of yourself (the presenter) electronically to cswit1@uis.edu. This photo will be used in the symposium program.
• Your faculty mentor must send your approved abstract electronically to cswit1@uis.edu.
• T-shirts will be available for pick-up on the day of the symposium.
