Call for Proposals
The theme for the 2008 annual Technology Day on
Wednesday, February 27, is
Building iCommunity: Toolsets for Today.
We urge all interested parties to submit your proposals for presentations, roundtable discussions, or poster sessions for presentation at the event. If you have other ideas besides the aforementioned items, please feel free to submit them.
The deadline to submit proposals is over. If you would like to submit a proposal for Technology Day 2009, please contact Tulio Llosa.
All technology users are encouraged to participate in Technology Day. Presentation topics may include teaching and learning techniques, resources, services, and other creative uses of educational technology. Topics should be geared toward UIS faculty, staff and students primarily, however, District 186 schools and other institutions of higher education will also participate in Technology Day.

Technology day sponsors are the Academic Technology Committee, the Office of Technology-Enhanced Learning (OTEL), Brookens Library, Office of Web Services (OWS) and Information Technology Services (ITS).
