Monday, November 7th

Green Tip of the Day: Conserve gas and money! Plan your errands to be done in a single, short trip!

  • Use any re-usable cup and receive a $0.25 discount in the Food Emporium (Sponsored by Food Services)

    • Earth Fair! Come learn about local environmental organizations. 5:30-7pm. Tunnel outside Brookens Auditorium. (Sponsored by UIS Department of Environmental Studies)
    • Green Fire: Aldo Leopold and a Land Ethic for Our Time. Movie then discussion with executive producer Buddy Huffaker. 7pm, Brookens Auditorium. (Sponsored by UIS, Department of Environmental Studies, and Illinois Department of Natural Resources)

        • "Art in Nature" Contest Voting. PAC Concourse across from Food Emporium from 11-1:00pm.
        • "Art in Nature" Artist reception in PAC C/D from 4-5:30pm. Winners announced at 5pm. Light refreshments to be served. All welcome! (Co-sponsored by SAGE and Student Activities Committee)
