Involvement & Volunteer Expo - Registration Deadline Extended

Wednesday, August 27th3-6 PM UIS Quad This is a great opportunity for you to promote your organization to new and returning students. Register by Friday, August 22. Click here to register!

• Each registrant will receive 1 table and 2 chairs (table signs will not be provided)
• Tables will be assigned as registrations are received
• Electrical hookup is limited and not guaranteed. Preference will be given to student organizations.
• Participants are required to bring their own audio/visual needs
• The collection of money/sale of products is not permitted
• Booth set-up will begin at 1 pm; all booths are to be completely set up no later than 2:45pm. (failure to show by 2:45pm may result in loosing your booth)
• Businesses are assessed a $50 booth charge. Payment must be received prior to booth set up. Non-profits agencies are not assessed a fee.
