  • Note: This is only for spaces managed by the Student Life Department including: Student Center, SLB Gym, SLB Multipurpose room, all Outdoor space with the exception of Rec. space, SOC Lounge, Student Life Board Room, Student Life Conference Room

The second link is NOT a space request and should not be completed until a space has been confirmed for your event. Student organization events are automatically included in the campus calendar when the event is confirmed, so this form is not necessary for them.
