Senator to the Capital Scholars Program
Liz grew up in a small suburb west of Chicago. When she graduated from high school her family moved to Tennessee and she decided to come to Springfield to study at UIS. Last summer she earned an accounting internship at the Illinois Office of the Comptroller and during the school year she is triple-majoring in Business Administration, Economics and Management with a minor in Accountancy. Liz became involved with Student Government in fall of 2006 and is currently the Senator for Capital Scholars. She also serves as the College of Business and Management representative for the Committee on Student Life. She enjoys being a part of SGA and plans to continue to be involved.
