guidelines for iccb budget request forms

WHERE TO PICK UP AND TURN IN FORMS

Forms are located on racks inside of the Office of Student Life, located in Student Affairs Building Room 20.

Forms are also available on the Student Life Forms website

Return completed forms to the Front Desk of the Student Life Office during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m Monday - Friday and have them date stamped.

COMPLETING FUNDING FORMS

Complete All information on form(s), including proper signatures, before submitting them to the Office of Student Life – typing or printing information legibly. 

Any omission of information on forms or not following procedures could result in a processing, payment and/or reimbursement delay.

The organization is responsible for turning in forms within stated time limits.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for ICCB funds, an organization must be recognized by the University of Illinois at Springfield as set forth by the Student Life Office.

Additionally, events must be open to all UIS students to recieve ICCB funding.

CRITERIA FOR FUNDING DECISIONS

The following criteria are taken into consideration when funding decisions are made: 
* The request follows established eligibility and restrictions as stated in the Student Organization Manual
* The request is in line with the mission of the University
* The request shows forethought with regard to detailed information, such as date, time place, price estimates, security, publicity, interest by students, and how it fits with the mission of the student organization.

Please note:  Members of the organization who come to an ICCB meeting to speak to the request should have a copy of the request, sufficient knowledge about the request, information about past history of the event, if any, and be able to accurately answer the questions asked.
