I am a freshman student as UIS. My major is Legal Studies with a minor in Spanish. I am also a member of the UIS Cheerleading team. I am involved in intramural sand volleyball, dodge ball club, and paintball club. I believe I would be a good candidate for the position of Freshman Senator because I am approachable and responsible and I think I would be a good addition to Student Government. I have good leadership skills, I would like to influence campus decisions, and I would like to get more involved in the campus community.
