Purchasing tickets to performances at Sangamon Auditorium is convenient and easy!

  The Ticket Office is located in the Auditorium Lobby on Level 2 of the Public Affairs Center on the campus of the University of Illinois at Springfield.
  
  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.  You must present your credit card when picking up tickets charged by mail or phone.

Programs and dates are subject to change.

No refunds or exchanges between events.

Ticket exchanges are allowed within the same show or run of shows.  There is a one dollar charge per exchanged ticket; patrons are responsible for any difference between the time and/or zone pricing.  However, there are no refunds for the price difference.  Ticket exchanges must be done in person at the Ticket Office.  The tickets previously purchased must be returned at the time of exchange.

Fees

• $1.00 Stage Operating Surcharge (SOS) added per ticket (not included in price of ticket) 

• $3.00 processing fee added for mail and phone orders

• Online Tickets are assessed a convenience fee based on ticket price
