Consultation – 30 minute session $5
A consultation is available for any individual who is unsure of what he/she needs regarding exercise, fitness, or nutrition. This consultation aids in goal setting and in developing a fundamental understanding of general fitness and nutrition concepts. This session may also be used as a follow up to exercise prescription or to update and make changes to current exercise programs.
Meal planning – 30 minute session $10
Nine different nutritionally sound meal plans designed by nutrition professionals and based on the American Dietetic and Diabetic Associations. Each meal template takes into account body fat, lean body mass and activity level and calculates an exact caloric goal. The program easily converts the calories to food exchanges in an easy to understand format and gives participants real life information. Types of nutrition programs: cancer prevention, heart disease prevention, weight loss, vegetarian, high protein, hypertension, and weight training.
