Group Exercise classes take place in the Multipurpose Room and are Free to all Rec Members. No signup required.
*Kettlebell participants are required to attend a 30 minute kettlebell orientation prior to taking the Kettlebell group exercise class - please scedule an appointment by contacting Trent Tangen (ttang20@uis.edu or 217-206-7103).
**Group Cycling classes are limited to 11 participants, bikes will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
