Cell Phone, Video, & Photographic Equipment Use Policy

For the safety, security, and privacy of all recreational participants, the use of all cell phones, video, or photographic equipment is prohibited in the TRAC fitness areas and track. The above equipment may only be used in the arena during home athletic contests.

A Recreational Sports professional staff member shall grant exceptions to this policy to professional intercollegiate athletic staff for their use in their specific office area, i.e. the athletic training room. Prior approval and authorization shall also be granted to official university personnel for the use of video and/or photographic equipment for official university marketing and promotional purposes and materials. In the case of an exception, those being used as talents must sign a consent form.
