The NIRSA Passport program allows faculty and staff of participating NIRSA Member Institutions to use, at no cost, the recreation facilities at other institutions that are a part of the program. Here is how it works:

1. Individuals wishing to obtain a voucher must be a faculty, staff, or NIRSA Student Member and must be a member of their own institution’s recreation center. Qualifying individuals can request a voucher from the Assistant Director of Recreational Sports; Facility & Membership Services.
2. The Assistant Director of Recreational Sports; Facility & Membership Services will verify the individual’s eligibility and then complete the online form to request a voucher on behalf of the individual. NIRSA National Center staff will email the voucher directly to the individual within two business days.
3. The voucher is good for 30 days and will allow the individual entry to the recreation facilities of the institution requested. Each facility has the right to limit the use of their facilities by any individual to seven visits in a calendar year.
