Brent Never

Professor Brent Never

Brent Never is an Assistant Professor in Public Administration (Ph.D. Indiana, Public Policy).  Brent’s teaching interests are Organizational Dynamics, Capstone, and Nonprofit Management.  He seeks to include an international component to both his teaching and research.  Brent has recently returned from Belfast, Northern Ireland where he was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Ulster.  His research considers the impact of community organizations on delivering social services during times of intense public need.  He is returning to Belfast in May 2008 to participate in the Mitchell Conference to commemorate ten years of the Northern Irish peace process.

In his spare time, Brent participates in various civic and community organizations in Springfield.  He has also been known to fit in some golf.
