
Tosha Cantrell-Bruce completed her Doctor of Public Administration degree in December 2008. She has presented her doctoral research on evaluation at both the American Evaluation Association and Association for Research on Nonprofit and Voluntary Action national conferences.
Dr. Cantrell-Bruce has worked for University of Illinois Extension for nine years where she has written leadership, local government, and health curriculums and administered a county 4-H program. In addition to her time with U of I Extension, she is an independent consultant and provides evaluation services to nonprofit and state organizations. Her clients include National Alliance on Mental Illness, Illinois Society of Association Executives, and American Evaluation Association.
Before joining University of Illinois Extension, Cantrell-Bruce worked for Illinois Issues, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Social Security Administration. She also served as a legislative staff intern while pursuing her Master of Public Administration degree at UIS.
