William Miller received his PhD from St. Louis University in Public Policy Analysis and Administration. An associate professor, he joined the Department of Public Administration as chair in fall 2007. His research and professional interests involve public policy in such areas as desegregation, church and state issues, citizen participation in economic development, financial ratios, equal employment and the use of race in research.
In addition to running the Master and Doctor of Public Administration programs, Will enjoys camping, kayaking, judo, and tinkering with technology.
