Starting Fall 2011, students will be able to submit an electronic application online indicating their completion of a certificate at the end of a particular term. This will be available through Student Self-Service (the same system they use to register, pay their bill, see their grades, etc.).  Whether applying for a degree or a graduate certificate, the process will be the same.  The UIS Registrar’s Website has been updated to explain to students how to properly obtain a completed certificate through the Summer 2011 and starting Fall 2011 and beyond (see links below).

Students applying for a graduate certificate will be assessed a $25 graduation application fee.
