SPRINGFIELD — WUIS (91.9)/WIPA (89.3) will broadcast live the entire State of the State address delivered by Governor George Ryan at noon on Wednesday, January 31. The presentation will be co-hosted by WUIS/WIPA news director Rich Bradley and statehouse news bureau chief Bill Wheelhouse.

Governor Ryan will update the Illinois Senate and House of Representatives on this past year’s achievements and his vision for the coming year. Following Ryan’s address, Bradley and Wheelhouse will join Lisa Madison, Democrat from Chicago, and Carl Hawkinson, Republican from Galesburg, in a discussion of issues raised.
