This biennial resource is published by Center Publications/Illinois Issues in cooperation with the Center’s Institute for Legislative Studies. This year’s edition reflects the changes in Illinois government and politics over the past two years, including updated information for each legislative and congressional district, the latest top contributors to political campaigns, and thoughtful assessments on current policy issues. It features a more accessible design and an improved guide to additional resources.
