What: UIS celebrates Disability Awareness Week

When & Where: This week - April 4 through 8, on the UIS campus; see schedule of events below.

Details: 
Monday, April 4:  Demonstrations of adaptive technology
9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Student Life Building, room 15

Tuesday, April 5:  Mini-Fair with information about campus and community organizations and services they provide
11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Public Affairs Center concourse

Wednesday, April 6:  Brown bag presentation, “Creative Strategies for Accommodating Students with Learning Disabilities”
noon - 1 p.m., PAC conference room C/D

Game: “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?”
6:30 p.m., PAC C/D

Thursday, April 7:  Film The Hours
7 p.m., Brookens Auditorium, lower level of Brookens Library

Friday, April 8:  Eighth Annual Wheel Chair Basketball Game
6 p.m., UIS Gym
