Dr. Ramona Mcneal
Ramona McNeal is currently a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Political Science.
She received her Ph.D. from Kent State University in 2005. Her primary research and teaching areas are in public policy, American politics and quantitative research methods. Her chief research interests lie in technology and electoral politics including voting, elections, public opinion, interest groups and the media. She is equally interested in telecommunication policy such as e-government.
She is under contract with MIT to write a new co-authored book, Digital Citizenship: The Internet, Society and Participation. She is published in several journals including Social Science Quarterly, Political Research Quarterly and State Politics and Policy Quarterly. Additionally, she maintains an active research agenda with forthcoming articles in Government Information Quarterly, Public Administration Review and Telemedicine and e-Health.
