*This session is meant to assist prospective students in activating their UIC CON Applications. This program is walk-in style.

 

Nursing Resume Workshop Session – Thursday, November 30th – 4:00pm-5:00pm

UIC Nursing Scholarship Informational Session – Thursday, December 7th – 4:00pm-5:00pm

Our office is located on the University of Illinois at Springfield campus in the Student Affairs Building suite 23. When you enter the suite, please be sure to check-in with Alisha Kulek (UIC Administrative Assistant). The link below will provide you with a campus map. UIC College of Nursing BSN students participated in their first clinical simulations at the MCLI. The simulations allowed students the opportunity to care for simulated patients in a safe learning environment. Medication administration and oxygenation were the focus and the students enjoyed the opportunity to apply what they have learned in their first semester of the BSN program.

Illinois at No. 2 on list of best states for nurses

Illinois jumped to the No. 2 spot on WalletHub’s yearly list of the best states for nurses!   Washington state was at the top of the rankings, which accounted for 14 nursing measures, such as pay, job openings and number of facilities per capita.


UIC’s Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner programs are ranked in the Top Ten for Graduate Nursing Schools by U.S. News & World Report!
