Cheney contributes essay to ALPLM exhibit catalog

UIS Professor of Communication Michael Cheney is among the contributors to an illustrated catalog of essays published by the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in conjunction with "Packaging Presidents," an exhibit of original artifacts of presidential campaigns from the early 1800s to the present. The display opened on February 5.

Other contributors to the catalog include Frederick Voss, retired chief historian for the National Portrait Gallery and an acknowledged expert on presidential campaign history, and ALPLM Executive Director Rick Beard.

The catalog will be available for purchase in the museum store in late April.
