UIS accountancy alumni plan Trivia Night

SPRINGFIELD – The University of Illinois at Springfield Accountancy Alumni Committee will host a Trivia Night beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, at the Knights of Columbus, 2200 South Meadowbrook Road in Springfield. Proceeds will benefit scholarships for accountancy students at UIS.

The cost to enter is $10 per person or $100 for a team.  Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and there will be door prizes and a 50/50 drawing.  A cash bar will be available; participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks.

The Accountancy Department at UIS offers the bachelor and master of arts degrees. Graduates are prepared for careers in business, government, and nonprofit organizations.
