Beginnng January 4, 2010, all Campus Announcements email will be routed to the myUIS Portal. These emails will also be available via a RSS Feed. But, these emails will no longer appear in faculty and staff email boxes.
Due to this change, you may want to consider the use of a targeted Mail List for your promotional emails. Use Excel to compile your Mail List. Put individual faculty and staff email addresses in one column, one address per row. Then Select the Column, Copy, and Paste the addresses into a Group, using the Group Manager in the Web Toolbox. See instructions for using the Group Manager above.
Use this same technique to compile a Mail List of individuals outside UIS.
