Answer:

Floating holidays may not be accumulated, or carried over, from one fiscal year to the next, and may be taken in full-day increments only.

The UIS Holiday Schedule provides benefits-eligible Civil Service and Academic Professional employees with two floating holidays to be used anytime during the fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). Scheduling of floating holidays is subject to supervisory approval.
