TR News publishes article by Bill Warren

Bill Warren, professor emeritus of Environmental Studies, is the author of "Ethanol Takes Off: Trends in the Use of a Renewable Fuel for Transportation," which appears in the March-April edition of TR News. In the article, Warren traces the trends and related issues that may affect the use of ethanol as a motor fuel in this country. He offers projections for its future and also looks at other renewable fuels that may become more widely used in the next decade.
