Innocence Project reception postponed

Due to the prediction of severe weather, the Defenders of the Innocent Awards reception, originally scheduled for 5-7 p.m. tonight (Tuesday, March 4) at the Pasfield House in Springfield, has been postponed.

The Downstate Illinois Innocence Project plans to reschedule the reception for a later date when Chicago attorneys Richard Kling and Susana Ortiz can be present along with their client, Herbert Whitlock.
