Caring for Aging Family Members
An educational series open to UIS and LLCC students, staff, and their family members
Designed to provide information and support to individuals who are now, or who are anticipating, caring for aging family members

Monday, March 19
"Navigating the Medicare Maze"
Speaker: a representative from the Senior Health Insurance Program
Monday April 16
"Alzheimer's Disease: Responding to Communication Change"
Speaker: James Dearing, senior program manager, Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorder Association
Gerontology students enrolled in the course Aging and Human Services will provide resource information at each session and also serve as information and referral specialists.
