Graduation

Commencement has become one of my favorite days for UIS. The happy faces, the interaction among friends, the exchanges between faculty and students -- it's just a great feeling. I was walking down the steps of a rather empty PAC Building early this evening, and I wondered what the graduates were doing, how they were preparing, where they would be next week. I left the building and thought, this is very good. Empty sidewalks -- the graduates finding a new path now.
