Advice for someone seeking a career in your field?
Banking is more than just numbers. It requires great leadership skills. A great leader knows when to lead and when to follow. You will not always have all the answers and be in the front. Strive to be the best you can be, however. Have the ability to see and recognize the best in others and be able to follow them.
