Managing Information Systems/Technology projects within an organizational context, including the processes related to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, reporting, and closing a project. Covers topics such as project integration, scope, time, cost, quality control, risk management, and earned value management.
This is a required course for the IT Project Management certificate.
