Review and analysis of current laws and regulations that frame the external environment for private business operations in the U.S. Emphasis on state and federal regulations; agency governance and surveillance; and business requirements, cost, and response. Special applications to the production, distribution, and financial functions of the firm are considered along with trends and major developments in case law.
