In order to satisfy a graduation requirement, CAP Honors students must have knowledge of a chosen language. They may demonstrate such knowledge either by successfully completing their language study at UIS, or by showing proficiency of a chosen language through testing. CAP Honors students must have a "C" (72%) or better in all UIS language courses in order to proceed to the next course in the sequence.
Non-CAP Honors students only need to earn a C or higher in order to pass to the next level of language coursework.
