In one of our issues this year you wrote a letter to the editor about the pajamas for kids charity that you are involved in. What made you join this organization?

I was watching the Oprah show one day and Genevieve who started the program was on there talking about walking away from millions to help others. While I was watching the show I had the chills the whole time. So I felt I needed to get UIS involved in it.

There is speculation around campus that you are an excellent cook. What is your favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish to make is spaghetti, but honestly I’m not an excellent cook but I can make the basics. Baked BBQ Chicken is one of my favorites also.

If there is one job that you could do, sort of like you dream job what would it be?

I would probably be a dolphin trainer or a landscaper, like designing backyards. I like the sun and the earth and anything that comes from the earth. But ultimately I would be a hippie, laying on a hammock sipping on a virgin margarita with extra salt and lime

What artists are currently in rotation on your IPod?

Kanye West and mostly R&B music.

What is your favorite movie?

Adventures in Babysitting. I know all the words to it. I use to put it in my VHS player all the time and play it over and over until my sister beat me up and took it from me.

What was the best birthday gift that you have received?

A laptop
