The award winning a capella drag performers The Kinsey Sicks are coming to campus! Students should expect a hilarious, lively political satire that begins a conversation about gender, sexual identity, and politics. The show contains mature content and adult language. The Kinsey Sicks are award-winning artists, and their Off-Broadway show “Dragapella!” ran at New York’s legendary Studio 54 in 2001. They are also the subject of two feature films and have won two Lucille Lortel awards, including one for Best Musical. Two members of The Kinsey Sicks are lawyers, and one member served as an advisor to President Clinton on HIV issues. Their one-night performance of “Wake the F@#K Up America!” will be in Brookens Auditorium on Monday, November 2nd, 2009 at 9:30 p.m. As always, the artists will be available for a short amount of time after the show to meet and greet the audience. Merchandise will be available for purchase. Hope to see you there!
