Swift and DegeneresBest Viral Video: Taylor Swift Pranked By Ellen Degeneres

Since the VMA’s it suddenly seems like Taylor Swift is Hollywood’s baby sister, and the human aspect of her fame has become increasingly more evident.

This video has a slapstick humor to it, but it’s only funny because it is Taylor Swift.  Ellen Degeneres hid in a bathroom waiting to jump out at Swift.  The prank scared her so much that she fell to the floor after screaming in shock.

Once again Taylor Swift fell victim to a fellow celebrity‘s need for shock values.  At least this time America wasn’t afraid to laugh at her, or in this case, with her.

KeshaBest Worst: “Tick Tock” by Kesha

This song has its own powerful pop genre of ridiculous, and I never know how I feel about it other than I cannot look away.

The lyrics are both awful and awesome with “And Now the Dudes Are Lining Up Cause They Hear We Got Swagger/But We Kick ‘Em to the Curb Unless They Look Like Mick Jagger.”

Kesha demonstrates her vocal range in the chorus, but the bizarre verses she’s “rapping” are so hard to take seriously.  Kesha sounds like a combination of Adrienne Bailon, Uffie and The Millionaires; and if you don’t know who any of those artists are, then--my point exactly.

Miley CyrusWorst Interview: Miley Cyrus Has “Never Heard a Jay-Z song.”

Miley Cyrus is too easy.  Normally, making fun of her would be too cliché to touch with a ten foot pole.  That being said, she makes it so easy.
“Party in the USA” has been a major pop hit, peppy and overplayed, and apparently the one person in America who doesn’t love this song is Miley herself.

An interview with Cirus reveals that under her nervous conversational noise, “like, you know,” she has “never heard a Jay-Z song.”
Really, Miley Cirus?  Do you want America to hate you?  It would probably be best that you never speak again, so just go ahead and nod your head, like, yeah.
