technology support centerThe ITS Technology Support Center [TSC] is the primary point of contact for technology questions, problems, and issues. This service is available to all UIS faculty, staff, and enrolled students.

We ask that you call the Technology Support Center directly with all of your technology questions.

If your question is outside TSC's area of responsibility or expertise, TSC will forward the call to the appropriate service provider. This will ensure that your call is properly entered into the University Clarify call management system and will provide you with the best service available.

The goal of the TSC is to answer your question during your initial phone call. If that is not possible, a higher-level service representative will contact you within four hours. We attempt to return voice mail messages left during our hours of operation within four hours. Should you contact the TSC by email, we will respond to your message within twenty-four hours. Calls requiring an office visit [computer setup, hardware repair] will be scheduled to occur as soon as possible.
