ITS has instituted a project management process to better serve the needs of the UIS community and more efficiently manage department resources. The form provided below is the first step in initiating an IT project at UIS and defining your information system requirements.

Completed requests are reviewed internally and, once approved, ITS staff will be assigned to work with you on designing, developing and implementing the best solution for your business need.
Deans, Directors, and Department Heads or designees may submit ITS project requests by using the form accessible through the link below. Please submit your request as early as possible and no later than four weeks in advance of date needed.
