The Office of International Student
Services is not involved with the application and admissions process. We work
with our international students once they have been admitted. This
means that we cannot provide you with information about the status
of your application or when you might be receiving your I20.
The Admissions Office processes all applications to the university
and issues the initial I20s for admitted international students.
They will contact you if they need more information. Please do not
call or email them unless it is an emergency. They have hundreds of
applications to review. We know that time is of the essence and
Admissions is working as quickly as possible to process all
applications. Please be patient!
Please do not call our office asking
about the status of your application. Do not fax any documents to
our office regarding your application. ANY and ALL questions about
application status should be directed to the Office of Admissions at
217/206-4847.
Note: The 2nd round GPSI application deadline is May 1, 2008 for possible 2nd round GPSI interviews on June 4, 2008. All GPSI internship positions begin annually on August 16. For
