of International Programs
The Office of
International Programs, a division within Academic Affairs, is
responsible for administering the Global Experience Program, UIS’
study abroad program, the English as a Second Language Program and
for working with international faculty and staff on immigration
issues including working visas and permanent residency. The pages
within include information on the various study abroad opportunities
available to our students and the process for applying for them, our
year-long and summer-intensive English as a Second Language Program,
and the services we provide to our international faculty and staff
related to immigration issues. If you have any questions please
