The University of Illinois at Springfield provides a variety of television channels in the classrooms to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

Campus Channel
The University of Illinois at Springfield also offers the Campus Channel [channel 65] where Faculty, Staff, Students, and the Public can see what is going on here on campus. The channel features:
- news and information
- public policy conferences
- campus events
- sports
- a student run news program
- student activities calendar
- Residence Life Cinema
The Campus Channel can be viewed on channel 65 on campus, on displays located all over campus and via the internet. If you are interested watching the Campus Channel on online:
- go to the UIS home page
- click on the Live Stream link under the picture on the left side of the page
- select Campus TV Channel
- the video will load where the picture was originally located.
Residence Life Cinema
Residence Life Cinema started spring of 2010 when UIS Housing purchased a contract for first run movies which gives UIS access to newly released movies [before they are released on DVD or Netflix].
