  • Use the link provided at the bottom of this page
    • Review the rates before choosing your room
    • Check any roommates that you would like to pull in with you
    • Select your room by choosing from the following:

      Themed Housing – specialty wings & areas are offered in Founders Residence Hall, Lincoln Residence Hall, and the East Campus Apartments.

      Buildings & Areas – are broken up into the residence hall buildings and the names of the apartments & townhouses. Please remember that certain areas are not available to residents based on class standing or curriculum type (ie. Honors, Traditional Rising Sophomores)

      Room Type – is broken up into the varied bedroom options (residence hall shared or private, shared unrenovated apartment, private bedroom townhouse, private bedroom apartment, etc.)

    Note: The fewer options that you select in order to choose your room, the more spaces will show as options in your results.

    Step 3

    Once you select your room & agree with the selection, you will have then completed the on-line renewal process. We will send you a copy of your contracts that must be signed and returned to the UIS Housing Office by Friday, 4/20/2012
