Directions to Hotel:
- From the North--Using I-55:
Leave the interstate at the exit (#94) for Stevenson Drive. Turn right (West) at the top of the exit ramp, make the next right onto South Dirksen Parkway. Go past Steak ‘n Shake and Drury Inn on your right. Take the next right into the parking lot of Hilton Garden Inn & Suites
- From the South--Using I-55:
Leave the interstate at exit (#94) for Stevenson Drive. Turn right (West) at the top of exit ramp, proceed through a stoplight and make the next right onto South Dirksen Parkway. Go past Steak ‘n Shake and Drury Inn on your right. Take the next right into the parking lot of Hilton Garden Inn & Suites.
- From the East--Using US 36/72:
At intersection with I-55, choose I-55 South, following it to Stevenson Drive exit (#94). Turn right (west) at top of exit ramp, proceed to the next stoplight and make a right onto South Dirksen Parkway. Go past Steak ‘n Shake and Drury Inn on your right. Take the next right into the parking lot of Hilton Garden Inn & Suites.
- From the West--Using US 36/72:
Continue on US 36/72 and merge onto I-55 North. Follow I-55N/US36/72 for a short distance and take exit (#94) for Stevenson Drive. Turn right (West) at the top of exit ramp, proceed through a stoplight and make the next right onto South Dirksen Parkway. Go past Steak ‘n Shake and Drury Inn on your right. Take the next right into the parking lot of Hilton Garden Inn & Suites.

Directions from Hotel to Campus:
- From the parking lot, make a right and head Northeast on South Dirksen Parkway.
- Make a U-Turn
- Continue Southwest on South Dirksen Parkway
- Turn right onto Stevenson Drive
- Turn left onto West Lake Shore Drive
- Continue straight into University Drive
- Turn right onto Edgar Lee Masters Drive
- Turn left at Ernest Hemingway Drive
- Take the 1st right onto Eliza Farnham Drive
There will signs on all edges of the campus to direct delegations further to University Hall, Lincoln Residence Hall, and the Public Affairs Center. A direct phone line to the RHA Office will provided to all delegates upon check-in. That number can be used if the delegations are lost or need directions.

Parking & Transportation:
All parking accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn are complementary! The University of Illinois Springfield conference staff members will provide the delegates with options when it comes to transportation. The University Motor Pool will be used in order to transport delegations that may come by plane or train, otherwise, delegations that drove to UIS will have the option to either have us drive you or you drive yourselves. All of the drivers for UIS must be employees of the University in order to be given a set of keys; therefore you’re safe with us!
The delegations that decided to drive themselves will be given the option of parking in lots A, D, E, or G free of cost. Many people commute to our University, so trust us when we say that there will be enough parking even if every delegation drove.
If the delegation arrives by plane or train, we will have people standing by to pick you up when you arrive. However, please make sure to note your mean of transportation on the registration form.
