Below are the costs and forms that need to be completed prior to arrival. Please make sure that a school registration form and conference waiver are completed. Also, you will want to complete a delegate registration form for each individual attending the conference. If you do not know their names, please contact us so we can get the information from you on what positions are attending. Once you know the names then we can be notified so we can prepar for that delegate's arrival. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
