Delegates will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn is located 3.2 miles from campus, a quick 7 minute drive either by your transportation or our shuttles. The Hilton has complementary wired and wireless internet and the rooms all feature complementary printing to the business center that is open twenty-four hours per day. The Hilton also has a relaxation facility which houses a pool, Jacuzzi, and lounge chairs for visitors to take full advantage of. Each delegate non-smoking room features 2 queen sized beds for four delegates and a large work desk with desk-level outlets and an ergonomic chair, perfect for reviewing bids, and networking with other NCCs. Each room also has a refrigerator, microwave, iron (with board), and a sitting area with a 32 inch HDTV.
The delegates will be placed by school, and requests for roommates will be accommodated by the Garden Inn. The hotel also features a 24 hour per day staffed front desk, wake-up calls, complementary parking, and a full fitness center. The hospitality room will be located in one of the many conference rooms in order to utilize the large conference table and be able to accommodate each delegate during refuel. The Hilton is centrally located beside many restaurants such as: Cheddar’s, Applebee’s, Long John Silver’s, McDonalds, Red Lobster, Hooters, Steak N’ Shake, IHOP, and many more.
