    • One- and two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate family and single students.
  • Bluebell and Larkspur Court
    • Four-bedroom, two-bath apartments that are exclusively for single students.
  • Townhouses
    • Four-bedroom, two-bath townhouses that are exclusively for single students.
  • Lincoln Residence Hall
    • Only for first and second year Capital Scholars students. The accommodations consist of suite-style living, with two people sharing a bedroom and four people sharing a bathroom.
