INSTITUTIONAL COMMITTEE FOR THE CARE AND USE OF ANIMALS
The Institutional Committee for the Care and Use of Animals (ICCUA) oversees all research protocols involving animals. Questions regarding animal subjects in research can be directed to

ICCUA policy calls for the submission of a protocol for any research involving vertebrate animals. This includes field studies with wildlife if the animals are to be handled. The following forms and any supporting documentation are due to no later than October 1st, 2011 (for Fall review) or April 1st 2012 (for Spring review).

Meeting Schedule
The next committee meeting of the ICCUA is Friday, November 4, 2011 at 1:30 PM. The committee will meet in the Health Sciences Building (HSB) 235. All committee members are welcome to attend the animal facility inspection from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM, located in the basement of the HSB.
