  • The Uniform Guidance implementation task force has been working diligently over the last few months to determine changes in policy and procedures necessary to implement OMB’s Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance” or “UG”), effective December 26, 2014. Although the UG implementation task force has made significant progress, the task force was unable to finalize our efforts until the various federal agencies issued their plans for implementation of the UG, which were just released Friday, December 19, 2014.  The task force will continue to refine University policies and procedures to reflect the requirements of the Uniform Guidance and implementing agencies in January 2015.
